One out of every two workers in Latin America and the Caribbean is informal, ILO says

Lima, Jul 18 (EFE) - One of every two people working in Latin America and the Caribbean is in the informal sector, a situation that exceeds 70% in most countries in the region, with Bolivia above 80%, and only has its lowest rates in Chile and Uruguay, where it reaches 24%, the International Labor Organization (ILO) reported on Thursday.
