Venezuelans in Costa Rica demand Maduro's removal from office

San José, Aug 3 (EFE).- Dozens of Venezuelans protested on Saturday in Costa Rica, demanding "freedom" for their homeland and the removal of Nicolás Maduro from power.

They recognise Edmundo González as the legitimate president of Venezuela after the elections held last Sunday.

The demonstrators gathered in Parque Morazán in the centre of the Costa Rican capital, shouting slogans such as "Freedom! Freedom!" and "Long live free Venezuela.". (Camera: DOUGLAS MARÍN).
