Venezuela sees its oil production grow against all odds.

Caracas, Aug 24 (EFE) - Venezuela has increased its oil production by 10.6% in the first seven months of the year, a result celebrated by the government, which experts attribute to the resumption of operations by U.S. Chevron - whose pumping represents up to 17% of the country's total - and to the efforts of the authorities in the midst of sanctions, which hinder access to financing.
