Caracas, Jun 27 (EFE) - Venezuela faces the challenge of keeping the 1870 Decree of Public, Free and Compulsory Education in force, on the 154th anniversary of the decree, which today translates into difficulties for students and teachers to attend schools, which has a negative impact on quality education, according to experts.
