Venezuela extracts 76,620 tons of oil-impregnated waste from Maracaibo Lake | Video

Caracas, June 19 (EFE).- Venezuelan authorities, with the help of thousands of volunteers, have extracted 76,620 tons of oil- impregnated waste from Maracaibo Lake, the largest in the country, since mid-2023, when the Government launched a plan to recover the estuary.

"We have removed 76,620 of oiled waste.
