Thousands mark traditional distribution of fish, bread, and wine in Spain's Logroño

Logroño, Spain, Jun 11 (EFE). Thousands of people gathered in Logroño since early Tuesday morning for the traditional distribution of fish, bread, and wine, which evokes the legend that the city resisted the siege of the French troops in 1521 thanks to what its inhabitants fished for days in the Ebro River.
