Mula, Mar 26 (EFE).- The Night of the Drums of Mula, south eastern Spain, recognised as being of International Tourist Interest and inscribed as UNESCO Intangible Heritage, brought thousands of people together in the town hall square to beat the drums on the eve of Holy Wednesday. The event was attended by personalities such as Fernando López Miras, President of the Region of Murcia; Mariola Guevara, Government Delegate in Murcia; and Carmen Conesa, Regional Minister of Culture. This traditional night of drumming, in which participants play in unison until the early hours of the morning, is a vibrant testimony to the cultural richness and community spirit of the region.
