Taiwan launches new amphibious transport dock Yushan

Kaohsiung, Apr 13 (EFE).- Taiwan held Tuesday the launching ceremony of the new amphibious transport dock YU SHAN (LPD-1401), which is designed to meet operational requirements for amphibious assault, personnel and materiel transport, disaster prevention as well as relief and humanitarian aid.
