Self-driving robotaxi service expands in US | Video

Los Angeles, USA, Nov 20 (EFE/EPA).- Waymo launched its self-driving autonomous robotaxi service to the public on Wednesday in Los Angeles, United States, covering an area of nearly 80 square miles in Los Angeles County.

The service, which features self-driving Jaguar robotaxis, is part of Waymo's broader strategy to expand autonomous transportation across the country.

The rollout follows a $5.6 billion funding round in October to support its growing operations. (Camera: ALLISON DINNER).
