Russian strike on Kyiv kills at least three people
KYIV, May 14 (EFE).—At least three people were killed and 16 injured after a large-scale Russian attack on Kyiv involving missiles and drones, Ukrainian authorities said on Thursday.Ukraine’s emergency services said a residential apartment building in the Darnytsky district was completely destroyed, while damage was also reported to schools, residential areas and other civilian infrastructure in the capital and surrounding region.According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Russia launched more than 670 attack drones and 56 missiles overnight, while Ukrainian air defences said they intercepted dozens of missiles and hundreds of drones.
