Lisbon, Nov 14 (EFE)—After a 17-year break and with a model ‘adapted to the new needs of consumers’, the Repsol ‘soles’ landed in Lisbon to present the relaunch of the guide that wants to make the Portuguese gastronomic map shine. The Canalha restaurant, in the emblematic Belém district, was the meeting place to celebrate the return of the Spanish guide, which was active from 1996 to 2007 in the country, and which awards the ‘soles’ (which recognize culinary excellence and the overall experience offered by a restaurant).
