Moscow (Russia), Sep 6 (EFE/EPA) - (Camera: Yuri Kochetkov)Preparations are underway for the "single election day", which will involve more than 4,000 election campaigns in 85 regions of the Russian Federation, with more than 81,000 candidates. As a result, about 34 thousand mandates and elected positions will be replaced.
