Cuenca (Ecuador), November 15 (EFE).- The XXIX Ibero-American Summit, held in the Ecuadorian city of Cuenca, concluded this Friday without an official declaration due to the lack of consensus among the nineteen participating countries out of the twenty-two that make up the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking group, which also did not have representation from Mexico, Venezuela, and Nicaragua.
