Philippine President participates in Manila metro expansion ceremony

Pasig, Oct 3 (EFE/EPA).- Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. participated on Monday in the groundbreaking ceremony for the upcoming construction of two underground stations in the Philippine capital.
