OEI Secretary General claims that digital transformation in Ibero-America is slow

Cuenca (Ecuador), Nov 18 (EFE).- The secretary general of the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI), Mariano Jabonero, said that the digitization process in the region is “slow”, but with a “promising” future.
