Seven miners arrested while another 6,000 blockade Bolivia for second day

La Paz, Nov 7 (EFE).- More than 6,000 cooperative miners blockaded several neighborhoods in the city of La Paz on Tuesday, seven were arrested for allegedly causing damage, during the second day of marches demanding that President Luis Arce meet with them to overturn a law that prohibits them from mining gold in protected areas in Bolivia.
