London exhibition '1996: 30 Years Later' revisits iconic moments of the year

London, May 9 (EFE).- The exhibition 1996: 30 Years Later in London commemorates iconic elements of 1996, including costumes worn by Spice Girls, previously unseen objects linked to Oasis and newspaper front pages announcing the divorce of King Charles III and Diana, Princess of Wales.

Exhibition curator Dominic Mohan told EFE the showcase aims to capture “that magical period” in which pop music, football, art, gastronomy and politics merged to create what he described as “the wildest year of Britain’s wildest decade.” (Camera: LUIS CAMPELLO).
