King of Spain presides over his second swearing-in ceremony

Avila, Jun 28 (EFE) - Eighteen years after he presided, between umbrellas, his first swearing-in of agents in the National Police School of Avila as Prince of Asturias, the now King Felipe VI has presided this Friday his second swearing-in in the same scenario, also between umbrellas, but this time because of the sun.
