Kenya hosts third meeting to develop a treaty against plastic pollution-

Nairobi (Kenya), Nov 13 (EFE).- The third meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC-3) to develop a legally binding global treaty on plastic pollution began this Monday in Kenya, at the opening of which the chairman of the Committee, Peruvian Gustavo Meza-Cuadra, said he was confident of being able to "achieve progress".
