Panama City, May 5 (EFE).- José Raúl Mulino, a former public security minister from the right-wing, won Panama's presidential election on Sunday, declared by the country's electoral authority.With over 90% of votes counted, Mulino, representing the Realizing Goals party and the Alianza movement alliance, secured 34% of the votes, surpassing the anti-system candidate Ricardo Lombana, who got 25%.
