Iranians celebrate Nature Day in parks despite Ramadan

Tehran (Iran), Apr 1 (EFE/EPA) - (Camera: Aydin Shayegan) Iranians on Monday timidly celebrated Sizdah Bedar, the Day of Nature, as this Persian holiday celebrated with outdoor picnics coincided with Ramadan, in a new friction between the severe Islam of the country's authorities and the detachment of part of the population towards religious traditions.
