Indonesian protesters show solidarity with Palestinians

Jakarta, Oct 13 (EEF/EPA).- Hundreds of protesters gathered on Friday in Jakarta, Indonesia to express their support for Palestinians and condemn Israel's recent bombing campaign in Gaza.

The rally comes in the wake of heightened tensions in the region, following a major Hamas attack on Israel on 7 October 2023, which prompted retaliatory air strikes by Israel in Gaza.

The escalation of the conflict has resulted in the tragic loss of thousands of Israeli and Palestinian lives, and both sides have suffered significant casualties. (Camera: MAST IRHAM).
