Guatemala's jungle registers incalculable losses after 62 days of fires

Flores (Guatemala), Jun 14 (EFE).- The diverse ecosystems and fauna of the Laguna del Tigre National Park, located in northern Guatemala, recorded up to Friday 465 kilometers of forest area with significant losses due to 62 days of fires, in one of the most aggressive fire seasons in the country since 1998.
