Fuel price changes without benefits for most in Cuba

Havana, May 15 (EFE).- The liberalization of retail fuel prices in Cuba remained more of an announcement than a substantial change this Friday, as most Cubans continue to be unable to purchase diesel and gasoline amid the US oil blockade.
