French pilots protest against government plan to raise aviation taxes

Paris, Nov 14 (EFE) - The National Union of Line Pilots (SNPL) and other unions began a strike on Thursday to protest against government plans to increase a tax on tickets for flights to and from the country.

The SNPL's protest is aimed at stopping the government's amendment to the 2025 budget, which is currently being debated in parliament, to increase the tax.
