Floating houses: a housing alternative in needy colombian regions

Bogota, Sep 23 (EFE).- After a life dedicated to architecture, Ernesto Guaqueta, age 70, designed a self-sufficient and sustainable floating house with a Colombian seal that he intends to reproduce in the form of schools, homes and other services in the neediest regions of the country.
