Erwin Tumiri defeats death in Colombian skies and on a Bolivian highway

Sacaba, Mar 3 (EFE) .- Bolivian Erwin Tumiri feels "blessed by God" after surviving the Brazilian club's air tragedy Chapecoense in Colombia in 2016 and just recently evading death again in an accident on a Bolivian highway where at least 20 people died.
