Environmentalists in Chile call for accelerated implementation of the Escazú Agreement

Santiago de Chile, Apr 19 (EFE).- More than 30 organizations from across the region are meeting this Friday in Santiago to share ideas ahead of the Conference of the Parties to the Escazú Agreement (COP3) scheduled for next week and to call for speeding up the implementation of the treaty, the first in the world to protect environmental defenders.
