Former electoral director and Venezuelan opposition candidate proposes amnesty if he wins the presidency

Caracas, Apr 25 (EFE).- The opposition candidate and former director of Venezuela's National Electoral Council (CNE), Enrique Márquez, said Thursday that he is willing to sign “a decree of political and electoral amnesty” if he wins the presidential elections on July 28, 2009.
