Kabul, Jun 13 (EFE).- Thousand days have passed since the Taliban regime imposed a ban on the education of girls in Afghanistan.The decision with no prospects for change that has gradually erased and silenced women from the social spaces of the country.Afghanistan was the only country in the world that prohibited female education, a measure that cost the country approximately 2.5 percent of its annual Gross Domestic Product (GDP), according to UNICEF analysis.
