Miami (USA), May 15 (EFE).- Cuban José Basulto, founder of Brothers to the Rescue, remains “skeptical” about achieving justice and change on the island despite reports about a possible criminal indictment in the United States against former Cuban president Raúl Castro over the deaths of four pilots from the organization 30 years ago.
