Cuba, Vietnam strengthen ties with official visit to Havana

Havana, Sep 28 (EFE).- Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel received his Vietnamese counterpart To Lam in Havana in what was the Vietnamese head of state's first official visit to the island.

Lam arrived in Havana on Wednesday evening after attending the United Nations General Assembly in New York and meeting US President Joe Biden.

His visit to Cuba includes a series of activities and discussions in the Cuban capital. (Camera: FELIPE BORREGO).
