Cuba faces renewed blackout crisis as Russian oil supply ends

Havana, Apr 30 (EFE).- The brief relief in Cuba brought by crude from a Russian tanker that evaded the U.S. blockade is coming to an end, and with no further shipments in sight, the island is once again facing the prospect of prolonged blackouts that disrupt daily life and the economy.
