Sepaku (Indonesia), Mar 8 (EFE/EPA) - (Camera: Mast Irham) Indonesia has started building Nusantara as a new capital city on an area of 56,180 hectares in East Kalimantan province, amid concerns over the effects of the city's development on the environment and the indigenous population.
