San Salvador, June 12 (EFE).- El Salvador celebrates this Wednesday 200 years since the promulgation of its first Constitution as a free state, an anniversary that occurs at a time when the Legislative Assembly, dominated by the ruling party, has the power to reform the current Magna Carta, in force since 1983, and with President Nayib Bukele who continues to lead the Executive after achieving a second consecutive term, constitutionally prohibited.Camera: Vladimir Chicas.
