Brazil and Colombia's mediation with Venezuela under observation

Caracas, Nov 15 (EFE).- The diplomatic tensions between Brazil and Colombia and Venezuela, as a result of the political crisis following the July 28 presidential elections, are distancing these countries from the role of mediators they have tried to play in recent months, but, in spite of everything, according to internationalist Eloy Torres, they will continue to play an important role.
