From old books to sheep in Jordi Roca's gastronomic perfumery

Bogotá, May 22 (EFE).- The self-styled Catalan "postrero" Jordi Roca only needs a pinch of deodorized butter to turn the smell of inedible pieces, such as the pages of an old book, into essences that, through the palate, stir the memory of diners at Celler de Can Roca.
