Baku (Azerbaijan), Nov 16 (EFE). - The electoral victory of Donald Trump in the United States, just before the United Nations climate summit, has shaken the first week of COP29 in Baku, which has reached its midpoint with no clear prospects of meeting its goal: an agreement for wealthy countries to finance the fight against climate change in developing nations.
