Author Jose Luis Montenegro unveils in new book the life of the children of "El Chapo"

May 5, Mexico City, (EFE).- The children of drug trafficker Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán, “heirs” of the Sinaloa Cartel, have been privileged since childhood and now the Mexican government has also “spoiled them too much,” said writer José Luis Montenegro (Mexico City, 1991), about his latest book 'Los Chapitos'.
