Arce proposes "new stage" with Chile to address issues such as the sea and lithium

La Paz, Mar 23 (EFE) - The president of Bolivia, Luis Arce, said Thursday that it is time to start a "new stage" with Chile, for which he raised seven points that address the maritime claim, lithium and migration, to commemorate the 144th anniversary of the loss of the coast in the War of the Pacific.
