April heat intensifies across Spain with potential for historic temperature records

A Coruña, Spain, Apr 20 (EFE).- The summer-like heat currently affecting Spain is set to intensify this week, with an episode of unusually high temperatures that could shatter records for the month of April.

Temperatures are expected to exceed 30°C in several cities, including Bilbao on the Cantabrian coast, while inland cities such as Zaragoza and Seville could see the temperature climb as high as 35°C. (Camera: JOSECHU ORTIZ).
