2024 Berlin Marathon has a new champion: Ethiopia's Mengesha

Berlin (Germany), Sep 29 (EFE/EPA) - Ethiopian athlete Milkesa Mengesha won the fiftieth edition of the historic Berlin Marathon, held on Sunday in the German capital, in a tight race, which came to have up to five contenders in the last three kilometers, and which crossed the finish line at 2 hours, 3 minutes and 17 seconds.
