WASHINGTON, Apr 22 (EFE/EPA).— President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that negotiations with Iran could resume in Pakistan by Friday after the ceasefire was extended indefinitely.“It is possible,” Trump told the New York Post when asked about reports from Islamabad pointing to a possible restart of peace talks within the next 36 to 72 hours.Iran said it would return to talks with the United States when “necessary and reasonable conditions” are met, while tensions remain over the Strait of Hormuz and the US naval blockade.
