Vaccination of the holocaust survivors in Israel
Jerusalem (Israel), 23/02/2021.- Israeli holocaust survivors Katrina Wolfensohn, 80, receiving help from paramedics of United Hatzalah in order to transfer her from her nursing home to get the vaccine at the vaccination center in Jerusalem, Israel, 23 February 2021, as part of a national project for vaccinating all homebound holocaust survivors living in country. Israel has so far vaccinated over four and a half million of its around nine million citizens with the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and three million have been given the second dose of the vaccine.
