Rajoy said he is appalled by the 'very sad and dramatic' plane crash of an Airbus A320 operated by German budget airline 'Germanwings' in southern Alps. The Germanwings Flight 4U 9525 from Barcelona to Duesseldorf crashed near Barcelonnette, in the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, with more than 140 passengers and six crew on board, German air traffic control said 24 March 2015.
