Vice President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Roman Escolano, holds a press conference to present EIB's activity report 2014 in Madrid, Spain, 06 February 2015. The EIB transferred to Spain in 2014 a total of 11,898 million euros, an historic financing record that consolidates the country as the first EU member in the reception of funds for eleventh consecutive year, said Escolano during the conference.
