File picture shows the construction of the two towers of the Intempo scyscraper in Benidorm, Spain, 19 July 2011. Reports state, that the building's elevators where designed as if it was a 20 storey building. Now, once the building has been built, the scyskraper has no elevator as it would need a different engine and a bigger space, that does not exist, to make it functional for all 47 floors. EPA/MORELL
