The new Rwanda has been built by its women, who meant the 70 percent of country's total population after genocide occured in 1994 in which some one million people died. The Rwandan Parliament, the World's only Chamber with female majority, has turned it into a symbol of the promotion of women in institutions, except to Presidency, post held by Paul Kagame for 15 years.
