VISITA DE HIMMLER A ESPAÑA: IRÚN (GUIPUZCOA), 19/10/1940.- El capitán general de la VI Región Militar, José López Pinto (3º dcha), acompañado de otras autoridades civiles y militares, cruza el puente internacional sobre el Bidasoa, para recibir en la frontera franco-española al jefe supremo de las SS, Heinrich Himmler, quien acude a España en viaje oficial.
