Tourists, locals enjoy sunny morning in Barcelona despite rain forecasts

Barcelona, May 14 (EFE).- Barcelona dawned this Sunday with sunny, clear skies, which encouraged many locals and tourists to stroll around the city and head for the beaches. However, as midday approached, the sky began to fill with clouds, hinting at the possibility of much-needed rain in the late afternoon of this festive day.

Scenes of locals and tourists could be seen around the Sagrada Família and along the promenade. Despite the forecast, locals and visitors to the city are making the most of the day, enjoying the brief rays of sunshine before the predicted rain arrives. (Camera: EFE).
